RECIPE
Perfect Brown Rice
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of brown rice
- 2 1/4 cup of water
Instructions:
1. Bring water to a boil.
2. Rinse rice with cold water.
3. Add rice to boiling water, cover, and simmer.
4. Simmer for 45min without opening the pot.
5. After 45min, turn off heat and let sit for 15min with the lid still on.
Open, fluff with a fork then enjoy!
