RECIPE:

Easy Vegan Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:

• 3/4 cup coconut milk canned (180g)
• 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
• 2 tbsp arrowroot starch
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
• 1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
• Pinch of smoked paprika (optional)

Instructions:

1. Put all ingredients into saucepan, stir continuously and bring to a boil.

2. Simmer on low-medium heat until the sauce is stretchy (about one minute).

3. Enjoy!

Glad you asked! We were confused too. Rapadura sugar is an unrefined cane sugar. Its known for its golden, caramelised colour and fine grainy texture. Due to its lack of processing, rapadura sugar retains its vitamins and minerals from the sugar cane.

In the big bad world of sugars, rapadura sugar is one of the least of the evils but still to be consumed in moderation. It can substitute white sugar with a 1:1 ratio.

Our almond meal is made from premium natural Australian almonds.
