What are the features of the 8 STAGE WATER FILTER?

This 8 stage water filter is a bench top filtration system. It uses a natural gravity fed water filtration system that cleans your water through an 8 stage filtration process. Lab tests show almost no detectable fluoride or any other dangerous chemicals after water undergoes the 11 stage process.

Biltong vs. Jerky

A fantastic Gluten Free alternative flour!

Blanched almond flour is a nutritional powerhouse that is loaded with fibre, vitamins, and minerals to help support healthy skin and digestion! Our Almond Flour is made using quality Australian almonds that have had the skin removed. The result is a light, fluffy flour that can be used in muffins, loaves, and our personal favourite, biscuits! Check out recipe below.

Easy gluten free white chocolate and cranberry biscuits

Ingredients

• 2 cups of blanched Almond meal
• 1/2 cup of your choice of nut butter (we use Active Earth Activated Almond Butter)
• 1/4 cup of maple syrup (use more if you have a sweet tooth!)
• 1/4 cup white choc buttons
• 1/4 cup cranberries

Method

Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and mix until it forms a dough. Separate dough into balls (makes approx 15) and gently flatten into a cookie shape. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 170 degrees, flip and cook for a further 5 minutes or until golden brown.

RECIPE:

Coconut Flour Pancakes

Ingredients:

• 4 eggs, beaten and set aside
• 1 cup cream or coconut cream
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup coconut flour
• 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon bicarb soda
• 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
• Ghee, coconut oil or butter for cooking

Directions:

1. Mix eggs, cream, vanilla together. Set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, combine coconut flour, coconut sugar, bicarb soda and sea salt.
3. Slowly mix wet mixture into dry mix.
4. Heat griddle or frying pan to medium heat. Add ghee, coconut oil or butter.
5. Make pancakes using 2 tablespoons-1/4 cup of batter at a time (smaller pancakes are easier and will be less likely to fall apart when removing). Cook for a few minutes on each side. The pancakes should be slightly brown and dry on both sides.
6. Serve and enjoy!

3 cups of fresh basil

1/4 cup of hemp seeds

1/4 cup of walnuts or pine nuts

3 cloves of garlic

2 tbsp of lemon or lime juice

1/4 cup of olive or hemp oil

1/2 tsp of salt

Blend all ingredients together & mix until smooth. Voila!
