Q. Can I buy products in store as well as online?

A. Yes, you certainly can. Our shop in Victoria Point has everything online and more! Visit us Monday-Friday 6am-5pm, Saturdays 7am-1pm and Sundays from 7am-11am.

 

Q. Do you offer free pickup in store if I buy online?

A. Yes, we do. We'll notify you when your order is ready and we will even run it out to your car if you snag a store front car park!

 

Q. What are the shipping costs?

A. Our shipping costs vary by the weight of the package.

QLD, VIC, NSW & ACT: Up to 5kg $9.95 | 5-15kg $14.95 | 15-25kg $19.95 | 25-40kg $35.95

TAS & SA: Up to 5kg: $15.95 | 5-15kg $18.95 | 15-25kg $24.95 | 25-40kg $39.95

WA & NT: Up to 5kg $18.95 | 5-15kg $23.95 | 15-25Kg $32.95 | 25-40kg $52.95

 

Q. Is shipping available across Australia? Worldwide?

A. Yes, shipping is available across Australia. Please contact us directly for a quote on shipping internationally.

 

Q. How do I know my order has gone through?

A. We will notify you shortly after your order has been placed and we will keep you up to date with your items journey, all the way to your front door. 

 

Q. How long does shipping take?

A. We aim for same day dispatch. If your order is local, it can arrive as soon as the very next day. Depending on your location and the shipping method you decide, your order can arrive within 1-2 business days. 

 

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. Yes. However, as we aim for same day dispatch you will need to contact us directly and as soon as possible. If your order has been dispatched, we will be unable to cancel. 

 

Q. If I purchase in store, can I bring my own containers?

A. Yes please! We care about the environment just as much as you do. We encourage the use of your own containers and can supply glass jars in store if you forget yours at home. 

 

Q. Can you order special products if you don't have what I want?

A. Absolutely. We will do our level best to find what you're looking for. Contact us directly and we'll start the search party.

 

Q. Are all of your products organic? 

A. Most of them are. Our main goal is to make healthy eating attainable to all so sometimes we source insecticide free. Our product line depends on current market value, the quality of product and if we can source Australian made. 

 

Q. What are your store operating hours?

A. We are open serving hot coffee from 6am until 5pm Monday- Friday.

Saturdays we are open from 7am-1pm.

Sundays we are open from 7am-11am.

 

Q. Do you have a cafe menu?

A. Yes, we do. Our menu has a variety of hot and cold drinks, smoothies, breakfasts and lunches. We specialise in gluten free, sugar free & delicious!
