Organic Coconut Sugar

Coconut sugar is a natural sugar that is derived from the coconut palm. While coconut sugar is still a sugar, it is less processed and provides some nutrients retained from the coconut palm. These nutrients, most notably are: 

iron, zinc, calcium, potassium as well as some antioxidants and polyphenols.

Glad you asked! We were confused too. Rapadura sugar is an unrefined cane sugar. Its known for its golden, caramelised colour and fine grainy texture. Due to its lack of processing, rapadura sugar retains its vitamins and minerals from the sugar cane.

Derived from paperback forests, this honey is a dark amber colour. It has a rich and slightly sharper flavour than our other flavours and will candy when kept in cool conditions.

Our almond meal is made from premium natural Australian almonds.

Almonds are rich in magnesium and low in carbohydrates, making it a great alternative to wheat flour. We love to use almond meal as a gluten free crumble. It has a dense consistency and delicious nutty flavour. Perfect for both sweet and savoury dishes.
