A fantastic Gluten Free alternative flour!
Blanched almond flour is a nutritional powerhouse that is loaded with fibre, vitamins, and minerals to help support healthy skin and digestion! Our Almond Flour is made using quality Australian almonds that have had the skin removed. Easy gluten free white chocolate and cranberry biscuits
Ingredients
- 2 cups of blanched Almond meal
- 1/2 cup of your choice of nut butter (we use Active Earth Activated Almond Butter)
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup (use more if you have a sweet tooth!)
- 1/4 cup white choc buttons
- 1/4 cup cranberries
Method
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and mix until it forms a dough. Separate dough into balls (makes approx 15) and gently flatten into a cookie shape. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 170 degrees, flip and cook for a further 5 minutes or until golden brown.
