Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 cups or 1 can of drained chickpeas
- 1 large handful of spinach
- 100g of feta or cheese of choice
- 1 small handful of raisins
- 1/2 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- pinch of salt
Instructions:

Chop the cheese and add with the spinach and chickpeas to a large bowl

Mix the honey, oil, lemon juice and raisins in a small bowl
