Nutritional Yeast

Nutritional yeast is a health-conscious foodie's dream come true. This inactive yeast has a nutty, cheesy flavour and makes an excellent condiment. Used in a variety of ways, but most popular as an ingredient to make a vegan 'cheese.' Make a sauce or a dressing, thicken sauce or just sprinkle on top of your favourite dish.

Its rich in B-vitamins, is antiviral, antibacterial and boosts the immune system. With all that this seasoning has to offer, why not give it a try?

  • Has antiviral and antibacterial properties, which may help treat candida symptoms (since this yeast is non-active)
  • Promotes healthy skin, hair & nails with all those B vitamins
