Ingredients: (makes approx 15)

 Method

Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and mix until it forms a dough ( add more peanut butter if it is too crumbly). Separate dough into balls and flatten into a cookie shape. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 170 degrees, flip and cook for a further 5 minutes or until golden brown
