RECIPE:

Paleo Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ripe mashed bananas
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 3 cups of almond meal
  • 1 tsp bi carb soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup of walnuts

1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees and grease a loaf pan.

2. Beat eggs for 2-3 minutes until thick. Reduce speed and add bananas & mix until combined. Add honey & lemon juice and mix.

3. Mix dry ingredients then add to the wet ingredients. Mix until combined then fold in walnuts.

4. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
